Price List: US$280 double occupancy per room per night. US$380 double occupancy Master Suite night. High Season and Easter Week rates are: PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS AND RATES. During the world famous Easter celebration and Christmas season, Antigua is very busy. For these dates we accept reservations for minimum of five nights only and payment must be made in advance. Room rates include taxes and breakfast.
Deposit requirements. To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If you wish to pay by credit card, we can send you a credit card authorization form which must reach our office within three days of making the reservation. If you wish to pay via-bank-to-bank wire transfer, we shall be more than happy to forward you our transfer and account details via-fax upon request. ...

The remaining balance must be received no later than 35 days prior to the arrival. All reservations received less that 35 days prior arrival, require full payment at the time of booking by credit card only.

Cancellations.
All deposit will be refunded except for a 15% administrative fee, if we receive written notice 45 days prior arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the arrival.

For the comfort of other guests, smoking is allowed only in the gardens and terrace.
